by the Institute of Real Estate Management
CHESTERFIELD, MO. - Professional Equities, Inc. (PEI), a real estate management, partnership and development company based in Chesterfield, has been awarded the Accredited Management Organization® designation by the international Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) trade group. PEI is one of only eight AMO-accredited firms in metro St. Louis.
Founded in 1969, Chesterfield-based PEI serves as general partner on multiple real estate limited partnerships for the benefit of private investors. It also manages 11 apartment complexes, three self-storage warehouse facilities and the Landings at Spirit Golf Course.
