Professional Equities, Inc. (PEI) was established in 1969 by Robert E. Rives. PEI
is a property management firm, general partner, general contractor, and a real estate
broker who is committed to offering a full compliment of management services.

Experience and Awards |
With combined resources of our professional management team, PEI offers uncommon
strength and expertise. We supervise the management of numerous apartment communities.
We have developed new properties—both apartments and condominiums; converted vacant
buildings to offices; stabilized under-performing real estate; developed fast-track
marketing programs and found buyers for properties which we have repositioned from
stagnation to the point of being sought after. PEI is the recipient of several awards
from the St. Louis Apartment Association and the St. Louis Home Builders Association
for Best Management Office, Best Apartment Communities and Apartment Manager of
the Year.
